DESCRIPTION OF THE BOILER

    The boiler '' FlowControl '' makes up of certain number of cell of the water-tube type of a nominal nominal output of 60 BHP or 150 BHP each one. DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCESSORIES

For operation with regular fuels;

    The first cell will be of the type '' D '', it will be built according to the same criteria of manufacturing, integrated into the rigid staff member air-cooled and to the budget by modular panels. The walls on side of the cell in '' D '' will be manufactured out of steel in order give the support necessary for the installation of one or two burner, to fix the tubes of cooling and refractories of plastic high temperature.

    One or two burners high performance with the choice of the customer on checking of the owners of flame and the methods of operation to ensure the viability of the whole.

For operation with fuels producing of the residues of solid combustion;

    A base ashtray flattened with rotary tables of extraction for the elimination of residues of combustion. The rotary tables will be air cooled by the heart of the main principle and will maintain permanently a layer of residue for the protection of the plates against the radiant high temperature of combustion. Rakes assembled on scraper chains will ensure the transport of the residue towards a screw conveyor located at the end of the boiler for its clearance. The whole will be complete with limp with gears, the engines with 600 volts, the chain pulleys, the strings, the tensioners and the guards of protection.  

For operation with fuels solid;

    A base ashtray for combustion of fibrous biomass, such as the wooden residue in the form of a chip, shaving, sawdust or produced crushing, having a granulometry not exceeding ˝ ' ' x 1 '' x 2 ˝ ' ' and a humidity pertaining from 5 to 50%. The base will be mainly made up of two parts, a first part called '' Combustion chamber '' and a second part called ' ' Anteroom '' having as principal a function to minimise the drive of particle and in it to supplement combustion. The base will be be able to also accept the installation of burners with multiple head using a gaseous fuel or containing hydrocarbon.

The combustion chamber makes up of a spoon focus of submerged food surrounded by grid out of heat-resistant plastic for the adduction of primary air to combustion. Tubes of secondary air with projection between-crossing will be incorporated into the walls out of refractory of this chamber. The supply pipes in primary air will be incorporated at the bottom of the base and the supply pipes in secondary air will be of each with dimensions base in order allow the installation and the maintenance of the burners multiple head.

The anteroom is a broad trap compelling the combustion gases to a provocative ascending movement the separation of the particles whose combustion is incomplete. The whole will be maintained in place by bricks of anchoring to 36' ' DC. A furnace bridge of retention of flame out of plastic refractory will be built in the high part of the combustion chamber, this furnace bridge will be extended until the wall of retention of the anteroom. An injector channel of ash, five (5) traps of access/cleaning and a visor on combustion will be incorporated into the base ashtray. A finish and a finish-up paint will be applied to the external part of the base ashtray.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EQUIPMENTS OF BOILER ROOM
Supply and installation of the equipments of boiler room such as; a base ashtray by boiler for combustion of fibrous biomass, such the wooden residue in the form of shaving, bark having a maximal relative humidity from 5 to 50 % and a maximal length of 12 ". The combustion chamber is established(constituted) by a home where is integrated the fixed constituents and motive(mobile) of the distiller into stair. The structure fixes of the distiller will be tubulaire and cooled by the traffic forced some water of summary brought in supplement to the degasser. A non-return rotary valve of flame pulled by the engine of the feeding system using pulleys, chains, tensioner of string and protective guard will supply the system in biomass and an extinguishing system with a valve of control of the thermostatic type will protect the system of light-backs in its part independent of the base ashtray. A finish and a finish-up paint will be applied to the external part of the feeding system.

    One or two feeding system modulating for the regulation of the power of light according to the charge requested having a nominal capacity for the power supply of the boiler and dimensioned according to the volume prescribed a relative humidity of 50%. Each feeding system will make up of a screw conveyor on scope with bearing in a flag in '' U '' comprising an elevated part and constituting the resist necessary for the period of setting in function of the system of extraction of the biomass silo by the action of the contact probes by mechanical displacement located to the resist. The number of revolutions of the feeding system will be geared down per one a gear box connected to an engine at a variable speed performed per one a variator of tension to 600 volts. A finish and a finish-up paint will be applied to the external part of the modulating feeding system  

    A primary ventilator of air and a secondary ventilator of air. The ventilators will be of sufficient capacity to supply combustion in air to the full arrangement of heating of the boiler with a biomass having a humidity pertaining from 5 to 50% RH. The ventilators will be designed to function with air with 300 o F coming from the exchanger combustion gas/air for combustion and will be driven by engines with 600 volts with direct fastening. The conduits out of steel will connect the exchanger combustion gas/air for combustion and the ventilators primary and secondary.      An anti-pollution system high performance made up per two dust extractors multi-cyclone and an exchanger combustion gas/air for combustion for the pre-heating of air brought to combustion. A finish and a finish-up paint will be applied to the external part of this equipment and accessories.

The first dust extractor will be complete with a pivotante screw rake, a rotary valve of decompression, a ventilator of re-injection of ashes, the engines with 600 volts and 120 volts, the accessories and controls of operation. Traps of inspection and cleaning will allow the maintenance of equipment.

The second dust extractor will be complete with a pivotante screw rake, a rotary valve of decompression, a chain conveyor for the transport of ashes towards the ash vat, the engines with 600 volts and 120 volts, the accessories and controls of operation. Traps of inspection and cleaning will allow the maintenance of equipment.

The exchanger combustion gas/air for combustion will be built with tubes with light of 2 '' in diameter between two perforated heads tenderer only one passage with the combustion gas. The air for combustion will cross the exchanger according to the principle of the flow reversed in two passages for a maximum of exchange. Traps of inspection and cleaning will allow the maintenance of equipment and the internal brushing of the tubes light. The exchanger will be complete with an entry an air for combustion for the needs of the boiler, the conduits and plenum, the motorised aspect and the mural shutter.

    A flue of the combustion gases attached for fixing with the ventilator of clearance and complete with cone of velocity. The flue will have the diameter prescribed for the power of the boiler and a total length of 24'. The conduit will be complete with points of anchoring for four tensioner stays. A finish and a finish-up paint will be applied to the external part of the flue.

    A base in steel for the installation of the dust extractors, the exchanger combustion gas/air for combustion and of the ventilator of clearance of the combustion gases. The base in steel will ensure access to equipment ina security way by the addition grating, of protective guard, a staircase with bearing and a scale with guard of withholding. A finish and a finish-up paint will be applied to the base in steel and these accessories A console of operation governing the operations of the boiler and of its accessories. The circuit breakers, starters and the programmable automat will be of mark "Square D ''. The whole conceived to be localised in the room of the operators adjacent to the boiler room. The variable speed transmissions will be installed with same the panel of control.

COMPLEMENTARY EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE

The whole will be mű per one an engine with 600 volts fixed at the box of gears by direct fastening. A finish and a finish-up paint will be applied to the external part of the silo.
